On 29.08.2007 the Indian pharmaceutical company Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd declared its intention to acquire 51 percent in the Bulgarian Biomeda for 5 million Euros fully paid in cash, for the purpose of expanding its positions in Europe, announced Reuter.
